From small East Tyrol to the big wide world
My passion for entrepreneurship was kindled in me at an early age. At the age of 18, I founded my art company with great interest in the industry and helped shape the local art market with numerous innovations over the following years.
My image of humanity always acted as a compass, which enabled me not to forget my goal of creating win-win situations even in difficult moments.
Breaking new ground and developing sophisticated concepts is my passion
One of my strengths is to use my analytical skills to identify certain entrepreneurial opportunities in the market and create targeted added value from them. My Master’s studies in International Management at renowned universities helped me to further develop these talents.
Recently, I have also been able to put them into practice in consulting activities in other companies and help them grow.
Versatile talents
My numerous interests have also had a positive effect on my knowledge in different areas. Thanks to these, I am able to add value to almost every project.
My entrepreneurial history
Even at school, I realized that I had a great interest in developing myself in various areas outside of school. One of my passions arose at the age of 15, when I first analyzed share prices more closely and suggested to my parents that they invest in certain stocks. I quickly realized that I had a special analytical ability and took great pleasure in understanding complex relationships. In the 2010s, programming also became increasingly important. I was lucky enough to be able to attend a school that specifically promoted programming skills. The last big hobby in my youth was collecting works of art. My parents actively encouraged this love by giving me artworks from renowned artists every Christmas since I was 10 years old. As a result, I was able to develop friendly relationships with many excellent artists. When I was 17 years old, my father’s health deteriorated due to his cancer and he was fighting for his life. During this time, I tried to support my family as much as possible and thought that I could set up an online art gallery to bring my father some joy and possibly also help cover some of his therapy costs. He had been dreaming of his own business since childhood and recognized the potential in this idea. Within a very short time, I managed to convince numerous artists of my new concept and program a website that made it possible to buy works of art.
The adventure begins
On my 18th birthday, I held the registration form for my first company in my hands. After graduating from high school, I was able to do my community service in London and Milan and establish international contacts with leading art institutions as well as committed peers. I quickly managed to gather a team of talented people around me who believed in my vision. Over the next few years, I was able to realize numerous art projects and achieve my goal of bringing art and its messages to the heart of society. In addition, my company continued to grow both online and offline. Asia proved to be a particularly interesting region for me to work in. During the coronavirus crisis, I became aware of NFTs due to my great interest in various forms of investment. With great passion, I also gained a foothold in this area and was jointly responsible for one of the largest art projects in this field. After the death of my father, I realized that I had a great passion for helping people and wanted to actively contribute to society. Therefore, after almost 10 years in this unique market, I decided to withdraw from it for the first time and break new ground, looking for new challenges both professionally and personally. I am very pleased that the ideas and concepts I initiated are still in place and are continuing on their successful path. I continue to pursue my passion for analyzing situations in detail and developing new ideas by providing strategic advice to leading national and international companies in their fields of activity. I am also constantly developing my skills in the field of AI. I am particularly fascinated by the application of AI in education. For the past year, I have also been taking part in almost daily individual coaching sessions with leading experts in their respective disciplines in order to improve my knowledge in numerous areas such as corporate management, rhetoric and the interaction of body and mind.
Concept of humanity
Treat others the way you want to be treated
Create win-win situations
My family instilled in me early on the ability to treat everyone with respect and to consider his or her opinion. I also tried to live these values when working with other people in my entrepreneurial activities. As a person with a perfectionist side, it was not easy for me to trust in the skills of others. Over time, however, I realized that you can achieve an even better performance by working with others than would have been possible on your own.
My management style is based on the concept of the servant leader. The aim behind this is to have a relatively flat hierarchy in the company and to treat team members as equals.
Mutual appreciation in particular was one of the fundamental components of my philosophy. It was very important for me to establish a positive failure culture, as I learned that you can learn the most from mistakes. I also established a set of values that guided my entrepreneurial activities. In addition to the equality of every individual, the idea of creating win-win situations for everyone involved was an essential component.
For me, this guiding principle was the key to creating a sense of unity for everyone involved and ultimately achieving the best possible results. Open communication and regular feedback from everyone involved were particularly important so that everyone could continue to develop.
